Pre-Kindergarten (Age 3-4)

Our PreKindergarten is designed to facilitate learning through discovery. Students have the opportunity to play and explore the environment provided within the classroom and campus surroundings. Literacy and numeracy concepts are developed within each student in a stress-free environment. Students proceed with their learning within their individual interests and pace. There are no reading level exit requirements to Kindergarten.

The Big Idea

At RAS, teachers develop subject-specific process skills in order to provide multiple opportunities for students to acquire the RAS General Learning Outcomes. Content of a subject area, delivered as a means for students to explore the overarching practices and concepts, results in forming an independent, life-long learner
